What does WageClock cost?

Do employees need any special hardware?
No. Punching works from a regular Android or iOS smartphone with location services on — no biometric terminal, badge reader or extra device to buy.
What happens if someone leaves the office without punching out?
Once they leave the geofence and a short grace period passes, WageClock closes the session automatically, and reopens it if they come back — no manual correction needed.
Can attendance be faked with a fake-GPS app?
WageClock detects mock-location apps, disabled GPS, revoked permissions and fresh reinstalls, and flags them to the employer immediately — so spoofed locations don't quietly slip into payroll.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Punches and device events are queued on the phone when there's no signal and synced automatically once it's back, with the original timestamp preserved.
What if an employee forgets to punch in?
An employer can add the missing punch from the app, on that day or any past one, and fix or remove an entry the same way. The day's hours and pay recalculate straight away and the employee is notified — and because every correction records who made it, when and why, a day that was adjusted can always be told apart from one that was simply worked.
How is my wage actually calculated?
Depending on how your employer sets you up, pay is calculated hourly, daily or monthly from your verified punches, automatically accounting for holidays, scheduled off days, approved overtime and any travel allowance.
What happens when a subscription expires?
Only the company admin is asked to renew before signing in again — employees are never blocked, so attendance keeps being recorded while billing is sorted out. Plans are a one-time payment per term, so nothing renews without you.
